7. No Returns or Refunds

Quick Advice for Trend Jewellery:
- The Allergy Clause: In Section 6, I included a note about skin sensitivities. For artificial jewellery, this is very important because materials like nickel or brass can sometimes cause reactions, and you want to be legally protected.
- Checkbox at Checkout: Ensure that at the final checkout step, there is a checkbox that says “I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Return & Refund Policy” that customers must click before they can pay. This makes the “No Refund” policy much easier to enforce if a customer disputes a charge.
