1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and for reasons of hygiene and safety, Trend Jewellery does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items once they have been purchased and shipped.
2. Non-Returnable Items
All items in our store, including but not limited to earrings, necklaces, rings, and bracelets, are sold on a “final sale” basis. We cannot accept returns due to:
- Change of mind.
- Personal preference regarding style, color, or fit.
- Wear and tear over time.
3. Damages and Issues
We conduct a thorough quality check of every piece before it leaves our facility. However, we understand that accidents can happen during transit.
- If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- In the event of a confirmed shipping error or transit damage, we will handle cases individually to ensure you receive the item you paid for.
4. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed for shipping. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placement, and we will do our best to accommodate you if the order has not yet been dispatched.
